Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to supplying high-quality CNC tooling solutions. This policy defines how returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled.
1. Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 working days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Customer should make an invoice for the unused return products.
2. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting returned items, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Replacements
- If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, replacements will be provided at no extra cost.
- Notification must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, along with clear proof/images.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment dispatch.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers may still request a return as per the return policy.
